I already answered this question before.....

Hard working. The best mercenaries in the world. The women, yes some of them are still very loving and caring but most of them will treat a man like a walking wallet. Even the most principled Filipina will marry a foreigner or a local rich man/political icon just for the sake of financial security (No offense meant to all pinays. My wife is a filipina but she is one of the exceptions to the rule).

How can you eliminate bias when your question is loaded with bias. You need help. I personally have nothing against Filipinos.

Great people/country. People from the PI are usually very spiritual (Catholic), smart and down-to-earth. I recall a fast-food joint in Baguio that required a Bachelor's just to work there.
FYI- Ignore the people that you may have seen around a military base, they don't represent the true culture and, as they say, starvation is the greatest aphrodisiac.

I see them as good hard working people. Most of them are Catholics and they're too family oriented or clannish like the Italians (which is a good thing) but just like any other race whether it be Whites, Blacks, Latinos, and Asians, there are some rotten apples.

I would avoid generalizing large populations of people. That's called racism......

generally.
