IM tired of telling them and often find missing items again and again. If you multiply the million of people who get riped off, they should be reponsable and pay for it.

I have a suggestion. When ever you go out for food take a digital camera. Take a picture of the menu item then take a picture of what you actually get. Do this everytime you eat out and start a website. This way you will expose the good and bad experiences. Make the website very detailed along with the pictures, restaruants name and address. Allow others to add thier experiences.

I still remember the Big Mac jinngle. Two whole beef patties, special suace, letuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun.

More appropriatly lettuce, specials suace, two whole beef patties, cheese, pickles, onions outside a sesame seed bun.

Then inform the offending vendors of your website

Generally become a self appionted fast food critic.

Either the response will be owners wanting to buy your website or pay you to continue monitoring the services in thier establishments.

When you become a world traveler inspecting restaruants becoming wealthy, remember Yule ;)

i don't understand why absolutely everyone continuously says its costly to sue. it somewhat is actual loose to sue in case you do it devoid of an attorney, nicely aside from the courtroom submitting expenditures until you will get those waived. I actual have been powerful with getting the fees waived through fact i'm a university scholar and not working presently. I actual have sued a company in the previous besides as persons by utilising myself in the two small claims courtroom and constrained civil. It did not value me one cent as I represented myself and have been given my courtroom expenditures waived. One tip I actual have is to call up some diverse legal experts they often do a loose ten min telephone consultation....believe me, ask them the amazing questions and that they are in certainty offering you with a loose handbook on a thank you to sue the guy effectively. It labored for me anytime :) All it takes is alot study and making specific you appropriate fill out the varieties on the courthouse and so on. it somewhat is somewhat not that difficult to symbolize your self. I gained all my situations so an prolonged way and that i'm not a attorney and have no practise in regulation. to function: yet another sturdy first step is to start up by utilising contacting the companies head workplace and talk to their legal branch. lots of situations they are going to settle the difficulty with you rapidly and compensate you in a vogue which you would be chuffed in the previous pursuing a lawsuit :) its continuously nicely worth a shot to start up there through fact which you on no account understand what they might or won't furnish. I actual have had success with this besides yet that became into with a significant inn chain not a resteraunt.

Yeah, it irritates me too when that happens! Usually, I can't blame anyone but myself because I didn't take the time to check my order to see if it was all there before I left. It won't make a law case though.
Once, I went through the Hardee's drive thru and ordered a steak biscuit, and I looked in the bag to see the biscuit was there. Only thing is, when I jumped on the interstate, I opened my biscuit to find there was no steak in there- just a biscuit ! Now that'll get your goat !!

No, what harm are they causing you?

You just go through again or go inside and get the missing items.
I believe that it's frustrating when they don't get the order correct, but it's a part of life. Everyone makes mistakes !

I doubt it. One time when that happened to me, I didn't realize it until I got home. I called the place when I found I was missing an item and told them I wasn't coming back until I ate my food since I didn't want it to get cold. When I went back to get the item they forgot, they gave me two (original item and one free) for the trouble, so that was nice.

It people like you bringing ridiculous and frivolous lawsuits to court that have created this sue happy society we live in and guess what? Everyone else pays for it. Suck it up like everyone else and check your order. If it's wrong go in, almost every place will fix it without breaking a sweat.

No, you need to tell them they messed up your order. You are responsible to check it before you drive away. We had a Taco Bell near here that without fail always shorted our order and we learned quickly that we should not move from the drive through window until we counted everything.

No. You should just tell them they missed some stuff and you would like it. And to the person who said it's our responsibility to check it is not our responsibility to check our orders they need to do there job that they get paid for.

I've only had that happen to me once. I went back and told them and they gave me my food. Inconvenient? Yes. Worth a lawsuit? Gimme a break. It's a burger and fries for crying out loud!!! Put your big boy pants on and deal it with it.
