Most sororities have rules and very severe penalties for hazing and if that number behind your name is any indication of the one you are thinking of belonging to, we do not haze, our process is called membership intake process.

Are you kidding me? Hazing is illegal and not cool. You're not allowed to haze and hazing is stupid. Hazing divides the sisters versus the pledges and it doesn't bring you together.

In my experience, I've never been hazed and none of my sisters have been forced to do something they didn't want to do.

You really should rush because you'll make a lot of friends and probably get a bid to pledge a sorority. Being in a sorority is awesome and gives you great opportunities.

e. You realize that you have a better chance of being accepted into a sorority than to score with that bunch. Oh, wait, I forgot to ask which head was aching? Men are such dogs.

If you are willing to degrade yourself in order to "belong", then you have abosolutely NO PRIDE, NO DIGNITY, AND NO RESPECT FOR YOURSELF. Ask yourself this: "what will I gain from belonging to a stupid sorority?" the answer is NOTHING. All the time that you will be spending pledging and doing stupid things should be put toward your studies!
