Most women rank a guy based on more than just looks. If your personal hygiene is good, your clothing is clean and either classic or stylish, you're in good physical condition, and your face is attractive, then you would be an 6 - 9. If you don't have most of the above, then your looks wouldn't matter much and you would be -1.
