I wouldn't name a baby that. Achilles was a mythological Greek warrior who was killed by an arrow shot into his heel. That's why these days you may hear people refer to a person's weak points as being his/her "Achille's heel".

Achilles is from Greek (or Roman?) mythology. he was made almost immortal, inpentrable, unhurtable. he was made that way over a fire, but the mother thought the woman makin him immortal (who was a goddess) was tryin to kill the baby, so she stopped her. The goddess didnt finish immortalfyin his foot. his ankle was his weak spot. later on in life, achilles was killed by an arrow into his heel.

achilles is a cool name, but i dont like the meaning.

the main shifting element approximately Achilles is that he knowingly chosen to die youthful as a hero who may well be remembered for the time of background. while Odysseus met up with Achilles in Hades, Achilles instructed him "i might fairly be the slave of a slave and stay to a ripe previous age than die early and gloriously in conflict." So, Achilles is an surprising tale and your youngster will love his call in case you sell it suitable. of direction, we homeschool and our infants do no longer even understand teasing. The few situations they have run into it, they have stared on the teaser like the teaser become a dork and moved on with their lives. maximum serious element you're able to do to your little hero is to grant human milk on call for, mommy's hands on call for, and to in no way ever placed your baby in day care. Separation from mommy in the previous age 5 has poor effects, separation in the previous one 12 months is devastating.
