We're heading there tomorrow, and are booked for 2 nights at the Taj Mahal hotel (which looks pretty good at $80 per night), but it doesn't have a pool and we'd like a swim a LITTLE bit while we're there.

There is Apartment Hotel, on the corner of Rene Levesque and Bleury.
There is an indoor pool The rooms are Hugh, with small kitchenet and you are right in the center of town. Prices under $100 a night

This is the cheapest i could find:

All Suite VIP Loft Hotel
329, Ontario Est corner saint denis street
Montréal
CAD 99 for a Studio Loft

But I think they might be fullybooked already. Why don't you try going to a sports facility or gym for the pool? IN that case, you won't have to transfer hotels.
