I want to buy XBox 360 games and play them on my XBox,but I don't know if I can.Will anybody please help me.

You can actually only play some games. My husband found a website online that says which games are compatible with the normal xbox and 360. I found a few websites.

Heres a website also that says how you can play those games on the 360 that are not 360 games. You can get a cd in the mail,it says "order a cd in the mail" I think my husband did that. Here's that website also:

no you cant but you can play some xbox games on xbox 360

You gotta save money and get an XBOX 360. No way around it. Can't cheat.

nope, sorry, i asked my husband cuz we have an xbox360, but you can play xbox games on a 360.

Remember it is all about marketing, which means money and profits. That is the main reason they dont make things compatible. There would be no market for them to invest in.
