My Ex-wife is trying to transfer a Jurisdiction of child from Indiana to Ohio in order to try and stop me from having a Father/ Daughter relationship she has filed with the Court I need to file a reply and a dismissal in order to keep the case in front of the Judge He is forcing her to to comply with his orders or go to Jail (its where I would like her) and she dont like it I would be greatful for any help or tips

as long as there is an open court session concerning your filing for custody it can NOT be closed or transferred to any other court system it has to be adjudicated in Indiana period trust me it will never be transferred went Thru same problem from florida to Cleveland Ohio i won both custody and the case stayed in Florida for full adjudication i understand your frustrated however always remember she is and always will be the mother of your children regardless of the bitterness you feel toward her XXX

The only tip you need is to get a local attorney who practices regularly in the local court.
