Competitive gymnastics is very hard. It takes a great deal of strength, flexibility, and balance. It's also very intense.

it is extreamly hard on your body. it teaches edicate and take time and dedication, its not something you do for fun. it takes flexibility and and pain, if your are really serious you should start as young as you can. pick the best gym you can and dont just go "when you feel like it" it is a dedicated sport be prepared for round-off bach hand spring tucks, pullovers and back hip circles and many falls off the beam.
