What upsets me is when they come to my door without an a parent or guardian with them. I don't mind buying things from kids just trying to raise funds for sports, scouts or some other worthwhile organization. I just don't understand how parents can let them go out alone.

For me personally? I am shy and hate to say things that make people upset. Also right now we can't afford to buy stuff from kids who sell door to door. The sad truth is you can get stuff they are selling cheaper some where else.

Define "strange." I don't mind as most kids are polite and have a worthy cause to contribute to . remionds me of when i ws a kid and adults tyurned me away because they were too uppity and snobbish. I never turn any kid away unless they're "strange".

No, I just buy something. I feel rude if I don't and I'm one of those strange kids, thank you very much.

I think I upset them more than they me. I usually wait until they are done with with their presentation and then I try to sell them something.
