I don't know if it means she has another man over or not but it certainly doesn't sound like she loves you to me. When you love someone you try to be with them whenever you can. Especially in the beginning of a relationship when everything is brand new.
I remember in my past serious relationships that I couldn't wait to see my boyfriend and every time the phone rang I hoped it was him.
Don't get all crazy about this. Don't be a fool. Everything comes out in the wash. She probably doesn't deserve you anyway

If she tells you not to come over and call her then dont do it. She probably is in a relationship already and doesnt want that person to know about you. You should date someone else who doesnt have hang ups like this person. Dont be obsessive. Let it go. You will be happier and healthier if you do.

That does not necessarily mean that she has another man.bUt like i told the other guy dont give up on her. if you really care for her then tell her how much she means to you and show her how musch she means to you.
