Has not been with male,possible a mouse could
be responsible? Has blood around bottom?

any other symptoms? is she eating ok? could be constipation. r u using any of that fluffy bedding they sell(if so discard it!) and does she have plenty of fresh water in her bottle---& is it working properly? she's definitely not been with a male? have u seen any excesive urination and drinking? i would take her to a small animal vet.

what r u talking about a mouse? do u have a pet one or do u mean a wild one? they wouldnt bother her.

sorry yo say this it may or may not be true but my hamster had the
same problem and it had a tumor and died or the mouse could be responsible if i were you I'd take it to the vet

it could have a sickness feed it oatmeal for a few days and see what happens.
