Love is selfless .. You realize you can sacrifice even for that person and you realize you really care that person ... You realize you constanty need them around and realize you have this passionate affection that you not feelign for others... Infatuation is when you just have a long crush on someone but yet not a mture love for a person..... You may be very smitten for a person but will fade really soon...

That's an age-old question that's been asked for centuries. The only way I can explain it is, infatuation is fleeting, and love lasts a lifetime. Infatuation is intense at first, but eventually fades away; whereas love is steady and develops and grows over the years.

the diffference is that infatuation is the feeling u feel when lovers are still very intimate, and as time passes and when times comes that ur both have no time for each other for some reasons, then infatuation fades.when speaking about love, this is much different because you are ready to sacrifice everything because of this feeling.i know i sound like boring but it is real.

Oooh, tough one. Infatuation is so easily mistaken for love. When you feel on top of the world and consumed by another human being, it can be hard to decide if what you feel is lasting. But based on my own experience, I can only say this: Infatuation is when you admire someone, are attracted to them, but ignore any faults you may come across. Love is when you admire someone, are attracted to them, and accept any of those faults.

If you know them well and you are still infatuated, then its love. If you don't know them well and you are infatuated, then its not love, just infatuation.
