I think Irene has given you some excellent advice. Before you go any further with this, make sure your facts are correct.
I have to admit that a lot of teachers talk and joke around about students with each other all the time. It isn't usually meant to be mean spirited, more like a stress reliever. I would question who would have shared this outside of her circle of friends or co-workers. That seems odd to me. As far as being nice to you, would you expect her to be mean? Teachers are like anyone else. They like some students more than others but that doesn't mean they are going to be mean to them. I don't know what she is supposed to have made fun about but, if it isn't too serious, maybe she just thinks it's funny. If she is really "nice" to you as opposed to just polite and kind as she would be to anyone, she probably does like you.

i honeslty cannot say why she is doing this but it is VERY unprofessional of her and i think you should go to the office and talk to someone there about what is going on. Maybe they would set up some kind of meeting with you, your parents (depending on your age), the teacher, and maybe a counselor or princible. This is very unacceptable behavior on her part and it really needs to stop.
Good Luck!!!

Do you know this for sure...or have you heard it from your friend or another student???? Find out for sure, then take action. Taking action means...getting proof of the allegation, then taking it to the principal. If he/she doesn't do anthing to rectify the situation, you can the take it to the Board of Education in your area. Tread lightly my friend. For you may be the one to get burned. Kids talk....

umm first of all that is probably a lie that your fellow classmates are telling you and secondly she probably does talk about you academically but as far as the code of conduct teachers are not allowed to talk "bad" about their students only allowed to discuss your academic history.
