If you love music and you think it can heal your sadness, turn it on. If you need someone to be with in those moments, call someone to be with you. It is everything that you feel DESPERATE for that can make you happy. With me, it is the feeling that there is still someone needs me, loves me, and I do need and loves them as them do to me. Sound funny and vague, but its true. Sometimes, when u think u love someone but he/she's not ready for your love, it hurts. It even hurts when she/he is there needing you, but you can't. Hurts either ways.
The main thing to be happy: keep balance in everything. You'll feel fine, so fine!

Ooo...great question. I actually stop what I am doing and go outside and watch the sky. Sometimes I might go a step further, and just setup my laptop and just write outside. It makes me feel better.
