i went to the doctor and took a preg. test and it came out positive. 2 weeks later i started bleeding so i went and took another test and it was positive then 3 days later i went to the hospital to see y i was bleeding and pregnant and they took blood tests and found out i wasnt pregnant. does anyone know how this couldve been?

i had the same thing when i was 16. i thought that i was pregnant as i was 2 months late for my period! so i took 2 home tests both said pregnant so i went to doc and they did test and that said preg too, i was sent for a dating scan and then i was told i wasnt pregnant!!! I was sent for tests and i was told i have pcos (poly cystic overy syndrome).

It was a false pregnancy a miscarriage is really painful! I don't think you had a miscarriage because you would have mentioned the pain along with the bleeding! so your body was just fooling the tests is all!
