Is it better for the PS2 or PC, and why?

The only thing i look for is performance. I'd rather buy a poorer game (In terms of graphics etc.), than a better game that runs slowly.
PS2 is better if you have a lower spec pc.

Both, it doesn't matter...There are tons of cheats for the ps2 and pc. But now, the grand theft auto being M for mature. You have to be 18 or older to purchase it. But the pc one, haves a secret sex missions with girfriends in it but not in the ps2 verison, though. Whatever, floats your boat. Ciao!
P.s. I rather get the ps2 version because it has much, much less loading time than the pc verison.

Well on the PC there are a lot of funny things you can't read on the PS2 version, like the menus of the restaurants. The PS2 you are limited in your resolution to that of the average TV. The PC the textures are more detailed.
