It makes absolutely no difference. You may have started earlier because you have more body fat than she did at that age, or just becuase of the hormones in your body. it really doesn't matter.

It's neither good nor bad, it's just you. Girls are developing faster these days than in your mom's day, so it's pretty normal for them to hit puberty earlier too.
