TONYnNC has it right. Chceck for power to the ignition module under the coil pack.
But more than likely the CAM / CRANK sensor(s) has / have failed.
Does it get spark?
Do the injectors pulse?
If you can't tell, or if you don't have the tools to check, it would be less expensive to pay for the diagnostics.
Does the computer have any codes stored? This will be a REALLY good place to start.

Go Here-------->

http://autorepair.about.com/library/ts/obd-i/bl-dtcs-69a.htm

---and scroll down beyond the code descriptions for the procedure to retrieve the codes without expensive tools.
REMEMBER----The codes point to a specific system or circuit, and NOT NECESSARILY a particular component.
After you retrieve the codes, refer to a repair manual available at any parts store or book store, or from your local library for proper diagnostic routines.
If the books are not available to you, go here-------->

http://www.eautorepair.net/

and for an annual subscription, you can get professional level information for repairs, diagnostics, Recall Information, wiring diagrams,specifications and Technical Service Bulletins right at your computer, and you can print any of it for reference.

Good Luck

95 Bonneville does not have a distibutor. The module is located under the coils. Could also be a crank sensor problem.
