I am 20 weeks pregnant, and have been steadily growing.. Today, I swear my belly looks a bit smaller! Baby is still kicking, breasts are still huge--does anyone know what would make this happen? Maybe it's all in my head--I hope so!

I only gained 4 pounds with my entire pregnancy. ( i delived at 23 weeks though). My sister only gained 3 pounds with hers. It just runs in our family to not gain alot of weight. check with ur dr and have him do an ultrasound just to make sure baby is ok and growing right. lots of luck to you.

It can be smaller depending on what position your baby is in. Maybe he flipped over? Mine was lopsided with my first son. Most of the time, he would stay curled up on the right side. Occasionally he would switch around, but for some reason he favored the right. :)
It could also be that you were retaining some fluid, and now you've lost it.

it could be that the baby changed positions and is making it look like your smaller. when myu sister-in-law was pregnant she went from size to size all depending on how the baby was positioned at the time. i'd think as long as it's still kicking then everything is ok

I did the same thing. i am 26 weeks and swear it still happens to me. some days my belly is softer and looks smaller and other days it's hard and looks huge (which makes me feel more preggers : ) ) so i wouldn't think anything of it.
