My favorite brush for eyeliner is MAC cosmetics brush # 266. It is an angled brush with very stiff bristles. It works well with either powder eyeshadow or with their gel liners. I've had it for years and with good care, you should have it for life!

Try http://www.drugstore.com I am not sure what brand, but I have found the cheaper the brand the stiffer the brush. I would suggest wet and wild. Or just buy your own eyeliner brush. They have them at beauty supply stores.

I like L'Oreal liquid eyeliner. The brush is perfect, not too stiff, but not a floppy brush either.

synthetic brushes tend to be slightly stiffer than natural brushes.
