How much more difficult can an ovarian cyst make a pregnancy happen?

Usually it makes things a little harder. My friend just had a baby and the ovarian cysts she has are so bad that she is going to have to get both ovaries completely removed if she does not want them anymore (the cysts that is)... she's had them this bad for years. Most of the time ovarian cysts are harmless and go away on their own. Talk to your gynecologist if you are worried or if the ovarian cyst causes you a lot of pain... like mine did. I hope this helps. Good luck!!
