some do...Really cheesy commercials suck too. lol. Like car sale commercials??? ugh...i hate 'em.

It depends on how the advertising is depicting the movies. The 2 movies you have included did very well nationwide and made all that were involved in them very rich.

Songs especially you love a song when you first hear it, but after the 100th time you change the station. It'll sound good to you again in a couple of years.

they do. The immense advertising of any media sort will make it BIG, but if the content of the book/movie .. etc wasnt all that great, it will never be loved. People wil "know" it but will never like it.
