if people know about your past...then yes..say something nice like everyone else will...like "Susan I dont have to tell you that you look fabulous on this special day but i do have to say the years have been very kind to you..you look great..have a great day and a wonderful life..congrats"...and a hand shake or a quick cheek to cheek...but if no one knows then hell no...just say Congratulations with a hand shake and move along

No. Of COURSE she looks good, it's her WEDDING DAY! Just congratulate her AND the groom gracefully. And DON'T mention any past trysts you may have had. That part of her life is now over with. Be grateful that you were even invited.

I think you should as long as it's kept brief and in good taste. Don't say anthing lewd and crude, just keep it short and friendly. Be like, "You look beautiful!" Then switch subjects, maybe ask questions about how they met etc.
