Not really, but they give me awful intestinal gas. It smells horrible too. I have to carry a can of Lysol with me. Hope it works better for you. For joint problems, try Glucosamine.

Fish oils are very beneficial for people. They are high in omega-3 oils, which help with good cholesterol. I prefer to eat the fish, like salmon, myself. Fish oil is said to have anti-inflammatory properties, but it is not the main thing it is known for. It's probably best to take in a moderate amount of fish oils, to balance the diet, but for more anti-imflammatory effects there are other supplements also, like the bromelain found in pineapples, extra virgin olive oil, ginger, and some others.

Fish oil tablets alone will not reduce inflammation. The right product can give you some great results but the key is to use a high quality TESTED product(s) for synergistic effect. If you are in need of good nutritionals look at the site below and see for yourself the results.
