First of all I am a nonative speaker for spanish. I am native for French language though. I was wandering would college like the fact that I passed AP SPanish Language with a 3 and an A in the class in my junior year. And Does it look good that I took AP SPanish Literature my senior year? when I have an A but would not probably pass the Ap test?

Is this in relation to applying for college? No it doesn't look bad, the majority of people who take AP tests dont pass, it looks good that you took the class anyway because the college look at current course difficulty. And if you have an A, what makes you think you wont pass the AP test?

Yes, it looks good that you take AP classes and got good grades, but unless you get a 4 or a 5 on the test, it doesn't count as college credit. But remember, this is only one factor that colleges are looking at. I can guaruntee you that the fact you took AP classes will not be the deciding factor on your admittance or rejection to colleges.

i don't think it really matters. the colleges want students to take rigourous and college level courses. an ap spanish lit class is an ap class regardless of what subject it is. any ap course is hard enough anyways.
