I really want to skip my period, just this once. At first i thought you could just skip the placebo week, but I read that it caused an even longer period for the girls who did that. The supposed correct way to skip your period on ortho-tri cyclen is by doing this:

You'll need two packs for this regimen: from one pack, take, in this order, 7 white + 7 light blue + 7 blue, followed by, in this order, 7 blue + 7 light blue + 7 white from the second pack. After the last white pill, take the 7 green ones (bleeding), followed by a new two-pack cycle.

Has anyone tried this to kind of verify it for me?

I have done this quite a few times. What you do is when your on your last pill of the pack start a new pack the next day! It works, and my periods are normal! It is fabulous, but don't do it all of the time!
