22.00 to 06.00am
or 23.00 to 07.00am
or 24.00 to 08.00am

From 8 to 11 hours per shift is permissable with one one hour break and an additional half an hour if on a long shift (10 hours or more)

Some contracts allow for a straight 12 hour shift - but the employee needs to agree beforehand.

It will vary some but it usually like 11pm-7am. Good luck. Nights usually refers to the graveyard shift.

If they tell you it's during daylight hours, don't believe them and move on
