Get a copy of Gary Chapman's "The Five Love Languages," which will suggest ways of filling the five love tanks of you and your husband. Get the woman's and men's version and read it together. Maybe his "love tank" is empty and needs you to fill it. And sex is only one of the languages!

I think if you told him to take some money and spend it on himself he'd be pleased. Most guys like to slip away while out on errands and stop at their favorite store and browse. Myself, I like to go to the sporting goods store and nose around the gun racks, fishing poles, and other goods. When I have a few extra dollars I may treat myself to a pocket knife or a couple of fishing magazines. That doesn't sound like I lead a life of luxury, but with us, our money is tight sometimes and I would never buy something extravagant when there are real things we need to buy. Perhaps your husband is the same way; secretly browsing his favorite store while he's supposed to be buying milk. Tell him to get that little something he's had his eye on and that should make him happy. Maybe next week he'll be on Answers asking the wives what will make you happy.

Make him a great meal, then let him have the remote and just flip away on the TV.
Apparently, that's men's idea of paradise (umm, with a BJ thrown in, it's perfect).

Women think about everything else other than the ONE thing that a man wants more than anything else ... SEX ... SEX ... SEX .. SEX ...
Only when a man says that he does not want sex, then anything else matters to making him happy.
You can go on fooling your self that he is happy otherwise until you find out that he does enjoy all the other things with you AFTER enjoying sex withthe other woman!

Bake him his favorite cookies, serve him a big plate while they're still warm from the oven with a large glass o f milk.

invite some of your younger girlfriends over, give them booze, and then sneak out leaving hubby with all the women

listen to him, without giving advice, hugs and kisses without asking for some chore to be done, buy him a fishing/hunting/ski trip to go with his friends he's been wanting but not thinking he could afford...put a hundred dollar bill in his wallet!

Let him know how important he is and how you look up to him. Fix him a special meal and tell him it's just because he deserves it. Tell him how much you love him.

take him to a football game or a sports event that he likes, go to spa for a massage.
