Try wearing braces at night, ice you hands and if that fails do not wait to long to see a hand specialist. Just finish having my third surgery on my left hand. If u have surgery insist on going to physical therapy. If scar tissue forms after surgery it is just about as bad as CT. I am speaking from having this happen to me. The Doc finally had to resect(CUT) some of the nerves in my hand to get me more relief.

Yo no me enteré de que mi padre sufría de esto hasta que me empezó a molestar y supe que era algo congénito, no me hizo ninguna gracia. Realmente es un fastidio.
Además en mi caso era indispensable arreglarlo cuanto antes porque soy informático y obviamente necesito usar ambas manos en sesiones largas de trabajo. Lo que hice fue utilizar las muñequeras y acostumbrarme a tomar pausas cada hora. Eso y comprar un teclado Dvorak.

Probably find someone who will reposition those little bones in the wrist. They often do not return to their normal position when continued stress is applied. This is pretty routine practice, for a full body treating chiropractor.

Well you have to stop doing what is causing it firstly, then trying physiotherapy first off. When tendons become too short they usually will do surgery to relieve the pain.

there are stretches you could do and you can wear a brace on your wrist - talk to your doc about your options
