To name but a very few.
Neither George Bush (W. or his father) has ever had any of the essential qualities. W. would be "funny" by default if Americans (and others) weren't dying every day because of his pigheaded stupity and dishonesty.

I AM a comic genius. But I cannot reveal the essence of my genius. George Bush and the word genius is an Oxymoron. Genius being the Oxy and Bush the moron. George has none of the qualities of a comedian. He has the qualities of a buffoon, prat or village idiot (I heard that he IS related to the British Royal Family) and the two should not be confused.

Robin Williams is a comic genius. George has a sense of humor but he's not a genius ... at anything.
The chief component of comedy is seeing the world truthfully and making fun of our own absurdity ... that makes us laugh.
Truth is a basic problem for president Bush ... he tells us what he thinks will benefit his own schemes and plans ... not truth.
I do think he is sincere ... just not very funny. Someday, perhaps he will evolve into a being that understands the tragic humor of some things he has done.

George Bush so called Acme Company( if u r good in comics then u got my point of acme- as acme company devices usually fail in doing anything whether its about poaching Laden ..its easily related to Tom and jerry or any Road Runner shows..
comic genius know the way character swings..in the story..and the visualisation is always important..thing..as to depict what in someone mind..is very dificult..and the cartoons used to be the best and toughest medium...

Humour. They have to be funny. Very funny. George Bush is funny, if he wasn't the leader of the most powerful country in the world.
