Rent is a magical and inspirational production. All of the characters are unique and original. The story line is awesome.. Its all about living life to the fullest as if each moment were your last... As Mimi says "No day but today." I love each character for a different reason. Angel is indescribable: she truly represents friendship and pure love. I love her charismatic attitude and how she welcomes everyone into her heart. Mimi makes the transition of a lifetime in this show. She is able to leave behind all of her old ways and become this new beautiful being because of love.. because of Roger. Roger represents a little piece in all of us.. the stubborn pesimestic part.. and he too changes because of love. Maureen and Joanne are spunky and fun. Their relationship is humorous and full of life. I have to say my favorite character is Mark Cohen. He is sort of the glue of their family friendship. I love the way he cares so deeply for all of his friends and how he looks out for them before he looks out for himself. I love all of the songs. My two favorites are What you own and Light my candle. I also love Christmas Bells.. but they didnt put that song in the movie.. it was on the broadway stage version. I love the movie and the stage cast as well. They all rock. La Vie Boheme!

I love RENT so much. So, so much. I was Angel for Halloween last year, but nobody really got it... yeah. My favorite songs are La Vie Boheme, What You Own, and One Song Glory. And guess what? Adam Pascal (Roger)'s birthday is coming up: October 25th!

the music makes me want to sing and love. the music heals. the story inspires. the music heals. wow. that's really all i can say. beautiful. exquisite. gorgeous. bountiful. soulful. well-edited. and unbelievably acted. and unbelievably directed. with unbelievably beautiful cinematography. and choreography that knocks your socks off. i loved this movie. it's wonderful, and heartening, that in a world and nation so full of hate art can be produced such as RENT! that reminds, affirms, validates, expresses, navigates, investigates, perpetuates, stimulates, fumigates, explicates, redirects, and instigates nothing other than love. and enjoying the moment. and not holding onto the past. timeless lessons. timeless music.

omg!!! i love rent! i got to see it on broadway!! and its amazing!!! i love it soo much!!! my favorite song is the tango mourine, or seasons of love, wait.. no, they are all good!!!
