He wants to talk such crap and he is not even bilingual...he is a coward and a dope.....and yes I know Bush is a dope too..but Chavez is way out of his league...anyone agree? I noticed when they were translating his interviews they were changing what he said to make him sound more intelligent...any bilingual people notice this?

I agree with everything you said. Not even his own people want him. Years ago, the entire country went on strike to take him out of there but they couldn't. Now he's even messing in the elections of other South American countries like Bolivia (and now those people are on strike too), Peru and Ecuador. He's like a cancer!

The translation was pretty accurate, maybe your Spanish isn't up to scratch. When you are talking about lack of intelligence, neither Chavez nor Bush is the brightest bulb in the bar.

First, what's up with the two dots? I've never seen that form of punctuation before. A comma would have been appropriate.
Second, "don't you think he should of did it in English?" is a grammatical nightmare. Here's how it should have been written: "don't you think he should have done it in English?"
If you're such a proponent of the English language, please learn how to speak it properly yourself.

The language is meaningless. That's why the UN has translators. At one point in his speech, Bush spoke to the Iranian people. Why didn't he do it in Farsi?

He was speaking to his audience which isn't the English speaking American public which, for the most part, couldn't care any less about him. It was mainly for the benefit of Latin America as he's positioning himself as the ideological successor to Fidel.
