wal mart sells a cd cleaning pen it fills in scratches. or try a cd store some of them have the cleaners it will cost about 4 bucks.

sometimes you can put the disc into your computer, open it so you see the actual audio files, drag that file onto Quicktime (free download if you don't have it) and then choose FILE > EXPORT and export that audio file as a WAV or MP3. That is able to read through a scratch usually. Do that with all the songs on the cd, and then burn it back to a blank disc.

You can buy stuff to repair it. Try an electronics store. Also, some specialty shops do repairs.

sure, you can get one of those disc doctor things. Another thing that will actually help is toothpaste.
