My favorite holiday is Christmas because you get a chance to spend time with your family. Then the Christmas snow is just beautiful at that time of year.As well the food be great to eat at the time! But most of all the gifts that you get from your friends & family that shows that they care about you.(but its not about getting its all about giving and giving to others that cant afford it...)

It has to be Christmas because of the significance primarily of the holiday. After that, getting together with friends and loved ones in an atmosphere with the aromas of good food, candles, the Christmas tree, well...that's wonderful. It's a time to be grateful for the people in your life and to remember those who don't have as much as you do and try to donate to their quality of life.

My favorite holidays are Thanksgiving and God's Festival "The Feast of Tabernacles."
Why Thanksgiving is my favorite is because you're thankful of what God has given you as it's a time to be with your family and friends.
As for the Feast of Tabernacles; I and my family love it because we spend time together as a family by praying, worshipping, and etc. We're away from the t.v., computers, noise and etc. to be close together as a family with God.

Halloween! Not because the candy or anything silly like that, but I love the atmosphere of it.. september/october are my favorite months of the year... there is a crispness to the air, the smell, the turning of the leaves, its bloody fantastic! The silly costumes and taking my brother trick-or-treating is just added fun.
:-)

New Year's Eve/Day. It's always exciting to think of all the things I can accomplish in the coming year. (Plus, it's a great excuse to stay up till Midnight!)

Christmas. My son moved 2000 miles away and I miss him terribly. He always comes and visits me at Christmas so that's why it means so much to me.
