working days and night long hours in stressful environments i'm generally looking tired despite the rest i get. i also work out at the gym but still i appear tired mostly...

Were lots of makeup and take supplements and go on an organic diet. Plus relax by hugging. Whenever I'm stressed and relax I look way better than before relaxing.

Bring a Zen garden and stress ball to work, drink lots of Water and Fruit Juice. Put time aside to exercise (Maybe an hour a day) .Give yourself breaks and make time for things you like.

Take a nice herbal bath and relax for 15 minutes.
Put on fresh makeup.
Take energy rich foods or take natural energy product(s) found in a health food store.

Try bringing a little makeup bag filled with goodies, such as a face wash with mint in it (it'll feel tingly and wake your skin up), a toothbrush, toothpaste, a bright shade of lipstick you look good in, and blush to make your cheeks rosy. Whenever I feel blah I resort to that stuff and I instantly feel revived. Good luck! Hope I helped!

maybe you should take vitamins and drink energy drinks run luck warm water over your face and neck area after your work outs or try yoga
