Hypertension is a medical term for high blood pressure. Trust me on this, both my parents are doctors. I inherited an interest in medical science from them. (But I don't want to become a doctor)

hypertension is High blood pressure, it often comes from consuming to much salt. Salt causes your blood veins to take in moisture from your body. That why you drink alot of water after eating salt. the moisture is raises the pressure (like to much air in your car tires) inside your veins.
