Yeah I smoke, I din't start smoking until my children became teenagers, And at the time it worked it totally relaxed me. And now I'm trying to quit and It's the hardest thing ever. What a girl to do?

No way my mother does. I believe its a one way ticket for a reason to die. If you smoke do you know what's is in cigarette's? Do you know how much money you spend?You can buy something better for yourself than a one way ticket to death....Think about it a ticket for death to come or a bunch of money that is left for you for not smocking.
