Hi guys,

I get frequent UTI's and it really gets too much for me sometimes.

But whenever I google about them, people talk about pain when urinating, or pain in the abdomen.

But the only symptom I have is this overwhelming, uncomfortable, tingling, "funny" feeling down below.

It's just the worst feeling. I want to just hold my bits all the time and I wriggle around on my seat and stuff.

Occasionally I get a bit of pain in my abdomen too, but never the pain when urinating.

Is this funny feeling not normal? Should I be getting pain too?

No. Different people get different sypmtoms. Mostly because they are INDIVIDUALS. My daughter had one recently and all she had was back pain. No burning or itching or trouble going, only back pain.
I had trouble going. No burning though.

The few times I've had a urinary tract infection it was my doctor's nose that found it.

I did learn that when I am given man-made antibiotics some of them require the eating of yogurt once a day. I didn't know and it was that which caused me to get the infection.

Haven't had one since - and never felt any pain when I did have them.

Hope that helps.

Talk to your doctor. There are medications you can take to prevent getting UTIs.
