CRIPES!!! Don't these people who answer READ anymore???! It means that if you haven't taken the time to sit back and say, "Is this what I REALLY want to do with my life??" (not that difficult a question, eh?)...then you had BETTER start examining what you're doing with you (as far as we know) one and only life...or change it!
It does NOT mean "commit suicide" if you don't examine your life...just in case you were silly enough, or someone ELSE was fool enough to say that!
It means that you should always ask yourself, apart from what society says, or you parents or relatives say..."Is THIS what I want to do now?"! If not...then CHANGE IT!
You can change your life anytime...you're never locked into ANYTHING! I once met a 70+ year-old guy who decided to get a degree in Physics! Why? Who the hell knows? He was pretty happy, though.

That's a good quote and you should give the reference. I came across that in class recently, so it's either LaClau, Derrida, Aristotle, Socrates, Plato, or Neitzsche... or someone else...

If you don't stop and reflect on your decisions, how can you learn from them? How can you appreciate all that you've gained from your life's experiences if you never think about them?

WTF dude. I mean, like, there's too much kewl stuff to do to waste time worrying about why we are here and why we do what we do. I bet that Socrata whosis dude never even made it to the second level of Halo.
Hemlock, dude. Lots of hemlock.

What exactly are you talking about? Explain yourself, you are talking in circles.
