Build up your endurance slowly. Run a little each day. First try to run for three minutes without stopping. When this becomes easier build up your time. Remember to keep hydrated and get enough rest. Those two things can affect you ability to run.

B4 all of that it is best that u get a physical. Your age and weight might be a factor. I don't know your age --but if your under the age of 18 and not a smoker, asthmatic, overweight--that can be a problem. If your not use 2 that kind of run--another problem. Do you workout? Ask the Dr. what should your regimen be. Start from there. You Dr. is suppose 2 fill out a form b4 you can play anyway. It is best 2 make sure that you don't have any underlying heart condition. This can be fatal if not checked.

Increase your endurance and practice running. One thing you can do is pick out distances in your yard which are similar to the distances between half court and the free throw lines and base lines. Then start at one baseline and go to the nearest free throw line and back to the baseline without stopping and then go to the half court line and back, then the last free throw line and baseline without stopping.

First check with your doctor to make sure that there is no underlying medical problem. If that turns out fine I would suggest that you work out to help you build endurance and take some energy boosting vitamins.
