WINDOWS DEFENDER-- ABOUT how long should/could it run?

I know it probably depends on how many files you have but 9+ hrs with 632,000 files scanned- Is it REASONABLE?

All that WITHOUT running ANYTHING else.

Well, I have about 150k files and it takes less than an hour...

Try running it in safe mode. It might be a little faster.

hey use mcafee enterprice edition its better ... im using its scan sript executions also ..its best
