Dog, Leland and Tim should never have been arrested. I watched that special on A&E and they thought they had to pay the fine and that was it....bad legal advice in Mexico....I have a feeling they'll be released and all charges dropped.

I totally disagree because i love the dog and i think that they are all wrong. He should not have went to jail over stupid sh*t like that he is a good bounty hunter that is just trying to get the criminals off the street and if i could find the pettition to sign i would sign it in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately, he broke the law. Bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico. He is not above the law. There may be bad laws, but they are still laws. When was the last time you wrote your congressman to change a law? Do you even know who your congressmen are? Petitions are generally worthless unless the signatures come from registered voters. I think it's going to take a lot of money for him to go free. Justice is what you buy here, but it is especially true in Mexico. I hope it all ends well.

He still has to follow the laws in the country that he found the murder and he has to follow the laws of the country he was bringing him to. As a result he may have to serve jail time. It isn't right that the Max Factor heir would have gotten away with murder if Dog hadn't found him and brought him back, but he is still subject to the laws and has to follow them also.

Its a miscarriage of justice. He didn't do any thing wrong. There is something going on behind the scenes, some trade off has been made. I signed a petition to have the charges dropped too. FREE THE DOG.

actually, it was the heir to max factor he arrested.. he was on trial for raping women and ran to Mexico... they refused extradition.. bottom line, he broke the law and should pay like everybody else

I think it is really sad!! And it dosent make any sense! Why is it not okay for Dog to go to Mexico and get a sick rapist but it 'is' okay for them to come here and get him. If it is illegal to bounty hunt there, then they should be out of bounds comming here for him, its such a stupid system.

I love that show! The entire family deserves more respect for what they are doing...I felt really bad for the whole family - I hope everything works out for them! To me they are true heros! Leave em alone!

Well, I like that show, but he broke the law. When you go into another country, you have to follow their rules and laws. He's not above the law just because he's on TV.

I saw the special on television about it. I can't believe this is happening to him after apprehending such a evil, twisted criminal. It is surreal. Really unfair. Where's the justice?
