Sometimes I use sugar and lemon juice. Recently squeezed I mean. The sugar removes dead skin and the lemon juice cleanses up and clarifies the skin.

use regular sugar and oil...like a body oil with a fragrence or use olive oil.

If you use a 1/2 cup of sugar, use 3/4 cup of oil. Put a few drops of essential oil like peppermint, jasmine or lavender or use some kind of zest from a citrus fruit, like lemon combined with orange or grapefruit for a really awakining scent. Use brown sugar and vanilla extract...doesn't that sound yummy?!

Wash your body, rinse then use the scrub from the neck down, scrubbing it in, letting it sit for a bit and then rinsing. After the shower you will be so soft, you might not even need lotion! Dont shave before hand if you are using a citrus in your scrub..that will sting-wait a day! Take it from me ;o)
