Don't cover the area unless the blister has opened. If possible prevent opening of this blister as the water below protects the new skin underneath.
If the blister does open please wash thoroughly and then use a triple antibiotic cream or such along with a band-aid during the daytime.
It sounds as though your daughter will be fine- These things happen, no matter how closely we watch our children...
Should there, at any point before it is healed, be red streaks coming from the blister area then I would contact your family doctor- red streaks are generally indicative of an infection.
Take care,
Anne

I've found that when my kiddos get a little burn, I run coldish water over it for about 15 minutes, as the skin continues to "cook" for about that length of time after it is burned. That seems to lessen the size of a blister. Afterward, I would treat it just as you would treat your own blister. If you cover it, make sure that the skin is able to breathe some, as that is part of the healing process. Good luck to you and your little girl!! P.S. I wouldn't put any type of ointment on it, as that holds in heat. Silvadene cream has actually been show to do the same thing, so I wouldn't recommend doing that. Maybe a little sunburn cream or that spray stuff you can get that is able to be put on cuts, scrapes, burns, etc.

I can guarantee that she won't put her finger on or near that burner again. I can only suggest that you keep cooling the skin down with cold cloths while she is awake. I wouldn't cover it with anything ie. band-aid, in case she sucks it off in the night. Chances are that if she puts her finger in her mouth and it hurts....she won't do it again either. Keep an eye on it, especially if the blister pops, a small dab of polysporin on it shouldn't hurt her, even if she ends up putting it in her mouth. Best to consult your paed in the morning if it is really troubling her. Kids will do the darndest things!

Don't cover the blister if it ain't hurting the baby know it should not bother her tomorrow either. Blisters need air to get better. So I would let it get air. Air is the best thing for it

old home remedies, use ice, calm the pain with castor oil, or you could use a little butter and put flour on top. my mother use to do this all the time. I'm so sorry for the little one. and try not to worry it's going to be okay.

Actually you should leave it alone. If the blister breaks THEN put a band aid on it, otherwise leave it alone.

Do not cover and do not put anything on it. When a slight burn occurs, immediately run cold water over it.

You need to take her to the pediatrician's office. They will probably put Silvadene cream on it and wrap it.
