Anniversary coming up, any ideas for a thoughtful gift for my man.

I was thinking of making him a dinner after a game of action paintball then give him a small, sweet gift. Anything unusual or different would be appreciated.

something creative is always sweet or something that you could apply a deep meaning to. I really like these EcoSphere things that you can get at brookstone. It is a little sealed off glass with an organism inside. I think it is some kind of shrimp. But there are also little plants inside it that create the oxygen for the critter to dwell off and the critter creates the carbon dioxide that the plant lives off and it also eats the bacteria that are created bythe plant. Some of them are pricey but if you get a little one 4" diameter its $65 which is still a little high but I think its cute, especially if you tell him that it is like your relationship and how each person dwells on the other and couldn't survive w/out them etc. etc. You can go to www.brookstone.com to check it out...

be sure to tell him NOT to shake it.. haha

After the hopefully romantic dinner is over with quietly slip off into the other room. Come back in with yourslef wrapped up like a present. Men love this! Then wish him Happy Birthday and ask him what fantasy he would like fullfilled. You will be a hit believe me. Yes I have done this and it was so much fun.

I think you have a great gift already planned. If it's someone special I like to get something for them that they really like but would never purchase for themselves.
