Rockish and Punkish is a bit vague but I'd recommend
anything by The Raspberries...

The Raspberries - Go All The Way

is a good place to start, it's off their 1st album:

That link should take you to the page for their 1st album

Well, it's not really punkish, but..
"I don't wanna miss a thing" by Arrowsmith.
Or maybe "Sweet Child of Mine" by Guns 'n Roses. Old but hella good.

Hope this helps!

"Fall to Pieces" by Velvet Revolver. It's a good, classic, slow rock song off their album Contraband. Also, there is "My Immortal" by Evanescence, "Ever the Same" by Rob Thomas, "You & Me" by Lifehouse, "Far Away" by Nickelback, or "The Reason" by Hoobastank. Hope you get a few ideas!
