Where? Buy a book about clouds. Clouds are the ultimate weather predictors. Or watch tv,listen to the radio, or use the old tried and true us army weather gauge (hang a piece of string outside your window, wait five minutes, if its wet, its raining, if its dry, its not raining)

All you have to do is go to yahoo homepage, click on weather, and just put in your zipcode. It will give you the weather for where you live up to ten days.
You can go anywhere in the world to find the weather. If you don't have a zipcode, you just put in your country and city.
