Artist and title of 70s R&B/soul instrumental hit?

Yeah, instrumental - except that it has one line in the middle, repeated a couple of times: "Heeeeeeeeere comes... the express... express". Lots of horns, lots of synth keyboard, I think.

1970s, in the vein of MFSB, except I can't find an MFSB tune on iTunes that is the one I'm asking about.

Any ideas? I'm happy to search, I just need some more band names and song titles. Thanks.

OOPS - I take it back! Probably BT Express - apparently there's a thieving country band on iTunes by that name, doing me no good at all.
