If on an application where it ask you your race if everyone put human!? We are all the human race not alien!
not white, black, hispanic etc......

I think a lot of people would b told their a "wise@$$" and didn't get the job...would b intersting to see peoples reactions thou...

You do not ever have to disclose your race. Hispanic is not a race, it's an ethnicity.
